Refund & Return Policy

At TQ Legacies, your happiness is important to us, so all of our products come with a 30 Day 100% Happiness Guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase within 30 days of receiving it, we will do our best to make sure you are happy with our resolution.

Any refunds will be credited back to the original payment method, typically within 3-5 business days.

Delivered in good condition:

  • If an order arrives in good condition and on-time but the customer wishes to return the product for any reason, please reach out to support@tqlegacies.com with the order number.
  • We charge a flat rate $10 handling and delivery fee for each returned unit.

Broken Or Damaged Item Policy:

  • If any item arrives broken or damaged, please send a picture to support@tqlegacies.com with the order number so that we can replace the item at our cost.

Cancellation Policy:

  • We pride ourselves with our fast processing, shipping, and delivery. As soon as an order comes in, our team of beautiful moms immediately prepares it for the next shipment pick-up. Thus, we only have a 24-hour cancellation window. Any cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours of the order cannot be approved.
  • Please note that payment gateways, such as PayPal, Stripe, Amazon Pay, and Apple Pay, impose non-refundable transaction fees ranging from 3.5% to 4.7% for each payment processed through their platforms. Consequently, any refund requests will incur corresponding payment gateway fees. The deduction applied will vary based on the platform you used.
For instance, PayPal charges a 4.5% transaction fee. If your order value, which you wish to cancel, is $125, the refund amount will be $114.60.
Additionally, for transactions totaling less than $99, there will be a flat deduction of $7.95 per unit to cover the payment processor transaction fees.

Personalized Products - Return Policy:

  • We do not accept returns for orders with specific personalization such as names, dates, sign-offs, etc.
However, we can offer you store credits or discounts of no higher than 50% Off.

Customer Error Policy:

  • Items cannot be returned due to customer error, so please be sure to make sure all customizations are 100% correct before submitting your order. However, we will do whatever we can to make you happy.

Holiday Season Policy:

  • During our busy holiday season, we try our best to let you know your gifts will arrive on time, but due to high volume and unexpected circumstances beyond our control, there might be a slight delay in the delivery of your order.
  • Understandably, no refunds can be issued for orders delayed due to adverse weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstance that may affect TQ Legacies or any of our carriers. Thank you for understanding."
